Shane Watson has been appointed as the new head coach of Quetta Gladiators.
This will be the team’s first coaching change since the inauguration of PSL Moin Khan, who served for eight years and is now the team Director.

The Quetta Gladiators have struck a deal with former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson. The agreement appoints Watson as the head coach of the team for the 2024 edition of the PSL. This Announcement marks the first change of coach for the gladiators since the tournament’s inception. The cricket team has appointed Moin Khan, a former Pakistani wicket-keeper batter, as the team director.
Worldswab has learned that Watson and Gladiators have reached a final agreement, which is expected to be announced on Wednesday. However, it is unclear at this point whether Watson’s appointment will lead to a wider overhaul of the coaching staff, who have been unable to secure a playoff spot for four consecutive seasons.
Shaun Tait as a bowling coach
The Quetta Gladiators have hired Shaun Tait as their new bowling coach. He is a perfect fast bowler.
Due to his previous stint with Pakistan, Tait has worked with most of the bowlers he will now coach.

Quetta Gladiators have announced that Shaun Tait will be their new bowling coach for the upcoming ninth season of the PSL. Tait, who previously served as a Pakistani fast-bowling coach until earlier this year, will join the team coaching staff under the recently appointed head coach former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson.
