He would take this chance. After some years, Babar Azam emerged as Pakistan’s finest batsman. The most renowned cricket in the nation, and one of the top batsmen in the world. He is already regarded as one of the greatest batsmen to have played for Pakistan.
He was the second-fastest player to reach 2000 ODI runs and 1000 T20i runs. Not only that, he has scored more one-day International (ODI) Centuries than all but two Pakistani batsmen. Cricket fans regard his century against New Zealand in the World Cup as one of the best performances by a Pakistani batsman in ODI cricket. He had no success in test cricket for the first few years. He has shown improvement year-on-year. At the start of 2018, experts ranked him among the best test batsmen.
Many Pakistanis have seen a decline in their performance over time, but Babar Azam is an exception. Babar Azam has been given more responsibility and has been appointed as the T20i and ODI captain in 2019, and the test captain since 2021. His forms seem to be unaffected.
